I was a happy WS-320M user until a few weeks ago, when my relatively young/infrequently used unit stopped functioning. No signs of life when turned on with HOLD switch; no signs of life when plugged into PC. Disappointing.

Please help. Every time that I try to download my files onto my pc it says active sync not running.
